Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

No Cash Value. All Payments are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Advance booking is necessary.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Festive Parties at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Lochgreen House Hotel.

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and appropriate identification.

This event is strictly 18+. You must provide valid photographic ID when asked. Entry will be refused without valid ID and no refund will be issued.

2. Arrival & Event Timing

We ask guests to arrive on time. Entry opens at 7:00 PM.

Late arrivals risk missing portions of the event; no refunds will be provided for late entry.

3. Food & Drink

A complimentary arrival drink and 3-course meal are included in the ticket price.

Additional drinks is available to purchase on-site.

We can cater to dietary requirements if notified at least 7 days prior to the event. Please contact us directly with your needs.

4. Responsible Drinking & Behaviour

This is a licensed event and all guests are expected to drink responsibly.

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who is intoxicated, aggressive, or behaving inappropriately.

Guests who are removed for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Photography & Social Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These may be used for marketing purposes by Lochgreen House Hotel.

If you do not wish to appear in any promotional materials, please inform a member of staff.

6. Cancellations & Transport

In the event of cancellation by Lochgreen House Hotel, guests will be entitled to a full refund or offered an alternative date.

The hotel is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

7. Accessibility

Please notify us in advance if you require any assistance or have accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate.

8. Personal Belongings

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.
